Healing Scripture For Mental Wellness And Emottional Health And Wellbeing Issues, What Does The Bible Say?

Abundant emotional health and wellbeing, and mental wellness: Isn’t it wonderful that this is the state of mind our Father wants and expects us to live life in?

II Timothy 1:7 says that our Father God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of a sound mind. Wow, we have been given Power, and Love and a Sound Mind! He always wants only the very, very best for us.

Is that amazing to you? It was to me for years and years after I became a Christian. It was revelation to me that He doesn’t want to punish us, He wants to love us.

With His life, Jesus paid the price of our punishment and then He said, “It is done.” And when He said it is done, He meant yesterday, today and in the future. You are already forgiven for future mistakes. So let's live like it, shall we?

Let us live in the mindset that we are princes and princesses of the King and High Priest. Your circumstances may not say that, but His Word does. Circumstances have a way of changing, however, His Word never changes.
