Instructions For Downloading Christian Meditation MP3s

If (or once) you have the Windows Media Player or a similar audio player installed on your system, is all you have to do to hear an MP3 is to click it. It should open your system automatically (if it doesn't, just open the audio player manually and then click the MP3) and play.

To download your first Christian Meditation MP3...

1. Right click on the meditation you want to listen to.
2. Select ‘ Save Target As’.
3. This should open your 'Save As' box.
4. At the very top of the box is “Save In:”
5. Choose the dropdown menu to select where you want to save the MP3.
6. If you want to save it in “My Documents” you can, or just pick your desired folder.
7. If you need to make a new folder just for the meditation MP3s, click on the icon of the second folder, after the dropdown box. This will give you a brand new folder in the area you have selected from the dropdown menu.
8. Name your new folder.
9. After naming the new folder, double click it.
10. This opens the new folder, and now just click “Save”.

Instructions For Listening To Your New Meditation MP3

1. Open Windows Media Player.
2. Go to the top and click on ‘File’.
3. Then click on ‘Open’.
4. Use the dropdown arrow at the top of the ‘Open’ box to find the area where you stored the MP3.
5. Double click on the folder you stored the MP3 in.
6. Click on the MP3 you want to play.
7. It should start to play automatically in your Windows Media Player.

Instructions For Listening To Your New Meditation MP3 In Your MP3 Player

1. Plug your MP3 player into your computer. Just follow the instructions you received with the MP3 player.
2. Open Windows Media Player and click on the tab “Portable Device”.
3. At the top of the first screen is “Music To Copy”.
4. You can use this dropdown menu to find the meditation MP3, in the folder you downloaded it to. If you have listened to it on your computer, it will already be in your play list until you delete it.
5. If you have not listened to it, follow the above instructions to add it to your play list.
6. Now just add a checkmark to the MP3s you want to transfer to your MP3 player.
7. This will activate the “Copy Music” button. Click it.
8. This will copy the MP3s of your choice to your MP3 player.
9. Be sure to “disconnect” the software for your MP3 player from your computer before physically disconnecting it. It’s better for all your software and hardware.
